Entry Requirements

📋 Certificate in Social Work

  • Academic: Form IV certificate with at least 4 passes including:
    • Kiswahili or English (mandatory)
    • Any three subjects from: History, Geography, Civics, Biology, Chemistry
  • Minimum Division: Division III or above
  • Age: At least 18 years old
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Kiswahili

📋 Diploma in Social Work

  • Direct Entry: Form VI certificate with at least 2 principal passes
    • Any combination of subjects acceptable
    • Minimum 4.0 points in relevant subjects preferred
  • OR Certificate Route: Certificate in Social Work or related field with good performance (GPA 3.0+)
  • Age: At least 18 years old
  • Personal Qualities: Compassion, communication skills, and commitment to social justice
